Today I ordered a gluten-free pizza. I didn't experience any issues with that but typically we always order the chicken souvlaki which comes with salad and rice pilaf. It was always listed as reduced on their menu but it was no longer listed as such and apparently all their rice according to the cook, has gluten. No matter if it's in the pilaf, white or brown so I'm not sure what kind of rice they're buying or how they're cooking it but typically rice is gluten-free and it worries me that the chef seems to be a bit unsure as to whether or not rice has gluten in it or what gluten is. There are an extremely limited number of items not marked gluten free on their menu, just gluten reduced. I wouldn't say this is a good choice for people with Celiac disease. There seems to be a little bit of misunderstanding about what gluten is and what foods it's in, etc.
