I came to this restaurant with my track team. The menu appeared to have no gluten free options. The server did not know what celiac disease or gluten was. The servers said their salads are gluten free and the chef claimed they could make any of the pasta dishes without the pasta and add veggies instead. I ended up getting a seafood dish that had a white wine sauce with no pasta. The staff checked with me multiple times to see if I could have certain ingredients, such as spices, oil, and chicken broth. It was good but sadly ended up not being gluten free.
