Pleasantly surprised by this little place. I don’t know what these people use, but the crust is not the flat, hard, weird-tasting crust that you get at soo many local places. It doesn’t have some overwhelming taste and is neither floppy or painfully rigid - it is closer to Bettola’s. I didn’t feel ill. I like it.

The gluten free crust is just not good. Spongy, soggy, and often undercooked. I’ve given this place a few tries but I get sick every time. It's not worth the risk.

They have the best GF pizza crust around. I was able to talk to the owners about it and he brought it out to show me to try to get the brand name. They come in single wrapped plastic with a metal sheet to cook it on. My friend and I have had that pizza several times and have not had any issues you just have to be careful about the toppings and make sure they use grilled chicken instead of breaded if that’s one of your toppings. The bonus is you can eat it the next day.
