Viva La Vida Mexican Cuisine

I went the safest route with Pescado A La Plancha since it was veggies, baked fish and white rice. I did not get acid reflux like I would if I had cross contamination nore did I feel sick. I even had the pitcher to shrae of the margaritas! I'm not celiac but I am highly sensitive to gluten. I don't think they take much precautions for it but I did ok the time I was there.
