I've been coming to this spot since they opened and I have to say I love everything about it! Their food is good and, like others have mentioned, there's very little on their dinner menu that has gluten in it. Their drinks all use fresh ingredients as well.

Guac and soft corn tortillas tested gluten free* with my Nima, but my entree did not. Gluten was found in the vegetarian platter.

*there was some CC on a spot of my tortillas that I missed with my tester because I was glutened.

Was hoping for a better outcome based on earlier reviews.

So delicious. They did such a wonderful job being careful. Staff was super knowledgeable. Normally their fryers are gluten free. They currently have churros so they knew that their fryers for the next couple weeks will not be gluten free therefore their chips aren’t. So they understand cross contamination!

Viva viva is not a dedicated gluten free facility but the waiter assured me the only gluten in their food was as in the cake which they did not make in house. I am very sensitive and have had chips here (made in the fryer) and been fine. Proceed with caution based on your sensitivity but do ask the staff—-they appear to make nothing with flour or wheat in house.
