Vivace Italian Restaurant

They indicate GF choices on their menu which is always nice, but I ordered the Brussels sprouts and they came out with a piece of calamari in them, so clearly they do not take it too seriously. However, I sent it back and they brought me a new one and I did not get sick.

I received a gift card from friends who wanted me to have a nice GF meal. Our waitress was knowledgeable & friendly. But, I got glutened. I think it was the risotto fish dish. I had wanted to try the pizza, but it’s not prepared separately so beware cc. Bummer experience.

I got the shrimp pasta and it was AMAZING. Wide noodles and spicy sauce. Love.

Found it to be a very nice upscale italian eatery in a nice shopping area. GF menu was substantial and the food was truly delicious. had the risotto (no orzo in mine, but early peas that had a firm potentially pasta look to them, but they were definitely a legume) and the creamy polenta. All the food was delicious and the server was very knowledgeable and kind. she even went through and checked what desserts were GF before clearing my dinner plates. I will definitely eat here again.

This is my new favorite restaurant! Delicious, al dente pasta, mouth watering, succulent chicken. I've been four times since June and have had no bad reactions. Waitstaff very knowledgable about ingredients. Delicious, will return.

The food was better before they changed chefs. I never had a reaction, but I refuse to go back because the quality of the food has changed.

Nice GF menu, but the entree I received was not only different than the menu description, they served me a risotto with orzo mixed in, which our server first said he thought was GF orzo but the manager admitted later it was not when she replaced the entree. Good food, but be wary and check your plate carefully!
