All of their pho dishes are gluten-free. It’s such amazing food. I’ve had most of their pho dishes now and it is so good. I am celiac and I have not had one issue with their food.

GF vermicelli bowl, pho, etc. our favorite Vietnamese place. For the most part I’ve been safe from gluten, just make sure the meat isn’t marinated- pho is definitely safe!

Best Pho around and the phos are gluten free. Be sure to let the server know you are gluten free and to prevent cross contamination. They no longer make sandwiches which means most items are gluten free, with the exception of items that are fried. Also, the rice rolls have tempura, which can be left out.

I have been eating here for years and have never gotten sick from the pho. I have Celiac and I am very sensitive to cross contact. Though they are Celiac friendly, because they have gluten in their kitchen there is a risk of cross contact. It’s always a good idea to discuss with your doctor if this place is suitable for you if you have Celiac.

The staff is very knowledgeable about which menu items contain gluten. Unfortunately, there would appear to be cross contamination happening in the kitchen. Their food tastes wonderful, but I started feeling ill about an half an hour after eating (face rash, intestinal distress, so on and so forth). If you’re a very sensitive person with Celiac like myself, I’d recommend staying away.
