Very good GF pasta. A little pricey

The GF pasta was excellent, the type carried was spaghetti. The staff recommends telling them right when you arrive if you want the pasta as it takes a half hour. They prepare it in a separate clean pot and strainer to order. Everything was delicious and the menu was inventive and authentic. Service was wonderful, staff was knowledgeable and attentive and they were flexible to make adjustments to different recipes.
