It’s just a hole in the wall friethut but it is delicious. They just do fries so I don’t think there’s any possibility of cross contamination. But the sauces are definitely not all gluten free. I’ve never asked but I always get the zaanse mayonnaise. I’ve never been sick but I don’t know how knowledgeable they are. Play it safe and your good but more than that I can’t really say.
