Review of Voglia Di Pizza

Via dei Giubbonari, 33, Rome, Italy

Regarding the quality of the food, I think this is the best Gluten Free restaurant I have been to. I had a fish based pizza. The pizza base seemed to have exactly the same texture I was introduced to in Naples before I was diagnosed with Coeliac Sprue. Over the years I have heard some rebuke this style as too sloppy. To me it is authentic. This was the first time I have ever found a Gluten Free pizza of that quality. Tellingly, the staff came over to check if I was enjoying the food. I also drank a high quality Italian craft beer - Flea Isabella, as I remember. Although I should say it found the restaurant on Via dei Giubbonari difficult to find. I could not see street names in the network of alleys. The people I met seemed to be tourists or students who didn't know the street names. I should also warn about the exterior seating. My table was on uneven ground and I fell out of my seat, but I was not harmed.
