Went to the Glendoveer site. Ordered the Ver Haus salad. Marked as gf. No gluten ingredients listed on menu or toast app. Salad came out & ate half before I realized what I thought was soggy pepitas was actually FARRO hiding under the lettuce. Asked waiter why there was Farro on a salad listed as gf? Asked if the chef ‘improvised’ and added it tonight? He said no, it’s always on the salad. They apparently didn’t know it has gluten 🤦🏻♀ Frustrating as I’ve eaten here many times before (never had the salad) and now feel as though I can’t eat here safely if they don’t even know what has gluten or not. As a side note, I don’t blame the servers or even cooks… it’s whomever is responsible for creating their recipes & menus that is the problem. Still a great place if you don’t need to worry about getting glutened.
