Voodoo Chicken

This place dues exactly what it says, sells chicken and fries. When I asked if the fries could be made gf, the owner told me the chicken contained soy sauce and their Cajun sauce had a gluten ingredient, but the fries by themselves and/or the fries with Cajun seasoning would be completely safe (they are the only things in the fryer). There was one person at the stall who was the dedicated fry person and he changed his gloves to ensure no cross contact. They were absolutely delicious, the vendors were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I had no reaction.
