This ended up being a great choice! They have quite a few GF options, but I had to work with them for Celiac cross-contamination and ingredients. Stacey was our waitress, and she was extremely helpful and patient! So happy she was there, since she just got married yesterday! I will definitely go back there if I am ever in Peru again!
