They could do a lot more to make it gluten-free friendly or celiac safe. Nothing is marked. However, the staff are friendly and will check what is gluten-free. It will be basic things like rice, fruit, miso soup, etc. Most of the main appetizer items in the evening are not gluten free. They did bring gluten free bread (but no dedicated toaster/fryer/etc.) As a Travel Agent with Celiac, I’d love to chat with them about how they could better accommodate dietary restrictions because you do pay a lot more to have very few options. Another example: no diary free options for coffee in the morning. I’d still recommend it but please be careful as it’s not clear what is or is not gluten free!
