The food was tasty and the atmosphere was nice. As a vegetarian Celiac, options were limited to salad, cheese pizza, and Beyond burgers (up charge). The side chips are not in a dedicated fryer and they offered no free substitutes. I got an airstream burger with a Beyond burger, no bacon, no bun (they do offer a gf bun for an up-charge), no chips for $20. But the icing on the cake, was they brought it with two sauces including one made with ale. I had a couple bites before I checked the menu again, so I had to leave the part with that sauce on the plate. Shouldn’t have gone to a brewery and expected gluten free. My daughter did enjoy the gf cheese pizza though (up-charge). Not much food for $45 (with tip).

Pros: food is very good, hands down the best gluten free pizza I have had (I actually get very very anxious while at the restaurant because after taking a bite I thought they had given me real pizza). There are a good amount of other options as well.
Cons: you order through an online scanner and they bring food to you, so it is difficult to ask allergy questions.
I have been a few times, when I originally went I was eating gluten free but did not have a celiacs diagnosis yet, and the most recent time I went I was new to being Celiacs and did not know to ask good questions about cross contamination, but I have heard from others that it is pretty safe there. I will definitely be back and might even write a new review when I find out first hand how safe it is from cross contamination. I did not feel sick that day or the day after.

My husband and I came her as I'm now trying to eliminate gluten because of my hashimoto and I was craving pizza.. We had their cauliflower and cheese crust Flatbread. It was delicious. A lot of times I find anything cauliflower based, you can taste it. Could not taste cauliflower in this crust. It was thin crust and crispy. Will definitely do this again when I'm craving pizza.

Staff was very accommodating for us! The ordering system can be a bit complicated for communicating requests (like gluten allergies) but grab a member of the staff- they are very friendly and helpful. Does not have a dedicated fryer. Food was great!

The chef came out to talk to me after I told the waitress I have celiac disease. He was very knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free safely. They were very accommodating and I feel safe eating here.
