The woman who owns/runs the truck is amazing because she seemed to be quite understanding of allergies and quite knowledgeable. She explained to me that the only things on her menu that is not gluten free are the burritos or an option with a flour tortilla. (But she has corn tortillas too!) Otherwise all the other items are gluten-free. The chips for nachos are corn and even the ground beef seasoning does not contain gluten. She also said she changed her chicken mole sauce because a lot of people had peanut allergies and she wanted to be inclusive. Delicious - I recommend!
