My newly diagnosed daughter said they were the best waffles she had ever had, even compared to gluten waffles.
Some great processes in place to identify Coeliacs, including a coloured napkin to mark it for other staff.

Would 100% recommend - they were very knowledgeable about Celiac!! Got a BLAT and the lemon meringue and both were amazing. The waiter gave us separate colored napkins so they knew which table to deliver the gluten free order to.

Staff were aware of coeliac disease and said they have a separate waffle iron. It was very tasty! They have vegetarian options and a range of non-gluten free options too.

Ordered eggs on gluten free toast for coeliac … server was aware of coeliac precautions and took them. Very happy. Also saw the GF waffles are on the menu - will try next time!
