Review of Waffles Caffe

This is a must eat here place! I am a highly sensitive Celiac and do not eat out much because I get cross contaminated so easily. But we were passing through Yakima and saw this restaurant as an option and decided it was worth a try. It was so good that my Gluten Intolerant daughter wants to go on vacation to Yakima just so we could eat there 3 times a day. The waiter was so awesome and knowledgable. He told us that several of the waitresses are gluten free and that they make sure everything gets cooked and prepared correctly. You can order pretty much anything on the menu and they will accommodate you. It has been so long sense I could order off the menu I didn't know what to do! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!
