Review of Waffles Caffe

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options; even some of their waiters are gluten free also! I was informed they make their gf waffles in a dedicated waffle maker. They also offer gf toast, fried in a pan not in a contaminated toaster!! They also have Earth Balance “butter” if you’re dairy free! No sausage links as they are in the fryer, but you can have the sausage patties. I was very impressed. I ordered the “Iron Woman” and subbed pancakes for the waffle. So it came with a giant gf pancake, 1 egg, big serving of hash browns, 2 pieces of gf toast, bacon, and sausage. So. Much. Food. I ate it all and had such a full tummy. We’ll definitely be back!
