This restaurant is knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination, they even have a separate waffle maker and seperate utensils. Delicious lomo waffle one of the best meals I had while visiting Patagonia!

Being celiac and dairy and egg free, I appreciated they had a vegan/gf waffle mix! They take precautions to prepare the dish in a separate area and brought out additional silverware. Both the kitchen and staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination. Most of the waffles can be done using the gf/vegan mix so that opens up your options.
