I got glutened. My server was not knowledgeable about what, if any, toppings would be safe on a waffle. I ordered a GF waffle with bananas and blueberries only, to be safe. Server asked a manager if the syrup would be safe and they said 'yes.' Evidently they make it in house. Somehow, I still got glutened. I don't think they take any precautions to avoid cross contamination. The staff is not knowledgeable.
