I have never been diagnosed Celiac, but the snakes contamination will make me ill. They had a designated waffel maker and they make and sell their batter, which it's delicious. They have lots of gluten free options:)

I was skeptical about cross-contamination given the name. However, it’s completely safe! Dedicated waffle iron, has downs are oven baked, grits, eggs, ect. It’s also well priced with different specials this has become a regular breakfast stop for us.

Absolutely delicious! The gluten free waffle was delicious, and almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free! I had the waffle sampler and it was delicious. Cute atmosphere and excellent meal!

I had the gluten free waffle sampler, which was AMazing! Sweet and savory waffles! It was the perfect amount of sweet and savory! For someone who rarely gets to eat waffles unless I make them at home, I was super happy to find a place on vacation that the waffles tasted absolutely delicious, and not like cardboard! I recommend this place to everyone, gluten free or not! My boyfriend had the hangover waffle which was not gluten free, but let’s just say we were both apart of the clean plate clubs!

The gluten free waffle I had was INCREDIBLE. It is so hard to find GF waffles or pancakes... let alone gourmet ones topped with delicious goodies. The staff was wonderful, and the menu clearly stated which waffles could be made GF (which was nearly all of them). I had a waffle topped with pralines, caramel, chocolate shavings, whipped cream, and strawberries! It was so good that syrup wasn’t even needed. The entire family has been talking about this place and their waffles our entire trip... I have celiacs & did not get sick. Big WIN in my book... 10/10 would recommend!

The cooks had attitude. Ate there twice. It's good but risky. Not sure if they have separate press for gf waffles.

Their GF waffles are pretty darn amazing. And it's difficult to find legit GF waffles of any quality, so that's great to have around. The place is microscopically small, and dining in at the little bar stools is uncomfortable at best - I'd recommend take out. For all the glory of their waffles, however, the coffee was awful and sour-tasting. Skip it. No issues eating here.

Fabulous! Gf sampler waffle was amazing and gf omelets too. The restaurant is very tiny(10 barstools inside) a few tables outside. Lots of to go orders coming and going. Great little gem of a restaurant near Tulane and Loyola

The service is so friendly and they are very attentive to food allergies! The menu is like the holy grail of waffles! It offers sweet and savory options, both of which have been so good during all of my experiences here. Do yourself a favor and come here!

Great menu! I haven’t had a cinnamon bun in a long time and their cinnamon bun waffle made my day! No issues at all. They take everything seriously. I even saw a guy walk out with a gluten free king cake!

Fabulous GF waffles. I had the waffle sampler, which is a selection of their most popular waffles. My favorite was the spinach artichoke. They also have a location in Metairie.

WOW! This place is delicious! The staff was so nice and helpful and the menus were clearly marked for waffles that could or couldn’t be made GF. Just about every waffle could be modified to be GF and there was a great variety of sweet and savory waffles. My GF husband got the Elvis Presley waffle (chocolate, peanut butter, and banana) and it was huge! I got the mini waffle sampler which was made up of 4 of the most popular waffles. I got to try the spinach and artichoke waffle (by far my favorite), the strawberry shortcake waffle, the uptown girl waffle, and the heart attack waffle. So from a nonGF perspective it was also delicious! Oh, also, the vanilla latte was incredible!!!

Split a savory waffle and a sweet waffle. Highly recommend the Allman Brothers waffle!

This place is outstanding on all accounts! The waffles were delicious alone and the variety of toppings was like none other. We were thrilled to have GF waffles and that they were so good! Service was friendly and engaging, atmosphere was clean and inviting. Owner’s daughter has celiac so they “get it.” I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The gluten free waffles are better than Disney’s GF Mickey waffles, which is practically sacrilegious in my family. LOL

They offer gluten free grits, eggs, and a large variety of GF waffle options. I had a GF waffle with a little butter, grits, and fried eggs. My GF dining companion ate the GF waffle sampler, which included the spinach artichoke waffle quarter, strawberry and cream waffle quarter, and then a quarter with a baked egg and jalapeño.
