Review of Wahaca

At lunch with my family during our vaca. Family who eats gluten loved the food. They try to accommodate GF/celiac but they say there is CC risk. Manager comes and takes order for all allergies and food is marked that is made allergen free. We know celiac is not an allergy per se but they really tried. I did not get sick so seemed ok but some CC risk here.
