Adrienne, the waitress was very knowledgeable about allergies and walked me through the menu. She said Paul takes allergies very seriously and has a separate kitchen area for those needing gluten free and dairy free. They no longer offer any items with peanuts as they have switched over to a totally peanut free facility. Given all of this, I felt very comfortable eating here. The burger was great! Bun was toasted perfectly and the sweet potato tots were a treat!

I’m not sure they totally understand gluten free. They have gluten free buns, but I’m pretty sure they toast the bun on the same grill and do t change their gloves. I overheard the kitchen talking and they sounded confused about what gluten allergy means. I

I’m in love with the tater tots here, especially the Parmesan truffle tots. I always say gluten allergy and they are aware of cross contact. I think they also offer GF buns.

Just went here for lunch and waitress was very nice and informative about options. Can get almost every burger on Udis bun and the fries are done in a gf frier!

Food isn’t good, went home with a stomach ache.

The burger was bad. Grey with an uncooked center. I was sick after eating here so I would say cross contamination.
Worst food I’ve ever had. Burgers were grey. Not edible. French fries bad. Nothing redeeeming.
Went here shortly after it opened. My burger did not have anything identifying it as gluten-free and after eating it, the top bun was different than the bottom. Sure enough I was sick about 30 minutes later. Will never go here again.

Delicious! Good quality gluten free burger buns, a little crumbly, but still very good. There is a designated fryer and almost everything but breaded food and barbecue sauce can be made gluten free. Staff are very careful and knowledgeable.
Nice to have the option for a burger and fries. I was a little worried about if the food was truly safe given the business and precarious and monotone attitude of the staff but all was well. Suggestion: avoid busy times.

Excellent burgers. Gluten free hamburger and hot dog buns. Fries are gluten free --- kept separate from other fried foods. Redbridge too!

Great yummy spot for gluten free burgers and buns. Fries are also GF and in their own fry and oil which is so nice to finally have a good GF burger with GF fries and a GF beer! Adult milk shakes are also available at the sit down full service bar if you're 21+ and the bar staff are very open to making a shake GF to your liking. GF beer as well, Redbridge at the moment I've noticed. Awesome spot and location!

Great burger and fries dictated fryer.
Love the burgers and the GF bread is delicious! Very friendly staff and very understanding of food allergies. They strive to make things right!
Food is okay. Gluten free buns available and dedicated fryer for fries and tater tots. Not a huge fan of the turkey burger I had, but I wasn't sick afterwards so that's a positive! Good place to go with GF and non-GF diners.
It's ok. The burgers and fries are tasty. It would be helpful if they would mark the menu. The environment isn't conducive to having a conversation with your table mates or the servers.
