I’ve eaten here successfully multiple times, and have not gotten sick. I have always noted “allergy” on my order, and have been successful. I tend to pick pretty basic things like plain poke, rice, veggies and stay away from the seasonings or sauces. The fruity drinks are great in the summer and super delicious.

Waikiki is so delicious! Their poke is some of the freshest I've had. My boyfriend spoke with them ahead of our order and they are very conscientious of gluten in their products (much of the menu is marked up for which items contain gluten). They also told us they pay close attention to the special requests for any notes regarding allergies etc., so I noted my "allergy" and requested they change their gloves. Out of an abundance of caution I chose to build a poke bowl without any marinated proteins since I forgot to ask about their shoyu/soy sauce products, but the end result was so tasty and delicious and I didn't get sick! Definitely recommend giving them a shot and I'm absolutely going to go back.
