Chef works really well with allergies and intolerances. There is nog separate kitchen for allergies so cross contamination is not a 0% chance but they work really carefully. Cutting boards and knifed are changed out, hands are thoroughly washed, and your food is the only one in the oven. Never had any trouble, my friend with celiac didn’t as well. Only fries are not possible due to shared frier.
