Stay away if you are Celiac. They have no clue regarding GF menu items at this location, nor do they make any attempt to accommodate their GF customer. The servers seemed to treat it as a joke actually. We had to leave & find another restaurant

Walk-On’s is definitely gluten friendly! Item can be grilled on request Instead of breaded. Vegetables and salads are gluten free. We eat here about once a week and I have never been sick! We love it here.

Server was very incompetent. I let the server know that I had a gluten allergy/celiac disease. I’ve been there previously and had ordered their lemon chicken that comes with broccoli and grits. The server came out with green beans, grits, grilled chicken, and a big piece of Texas toast on my food. I then said I can’t have bread and she grabbed it off and asked if it was fine. Then she proceeded to ask me if Parmesan cheese is gluten free. The cook was kind when I sent it back and talked to me. However, I denied any further food and service as I was very concerned that the server believed there was gluten in broccoli with cheese and not the Texas toast placed on my plate.

No GF menu or items marked as GF. A manager did come to my table but didn’t offer much. I ended up with red fish with broccoli. The first one had a piece of bread on it. They cooked me another piece and it was very good. Kinda risky if you are highly allergic.
