I’ve been eating at Wally’s for years, including pre-diagnosis. After my diagnosis a few years ago, I came in and the owners sat down with me to explain what is gluten free and what they could modify to be gluten free. They use caution when preparing food for people with allergies and train their staff to do the same (I’ve witnessed it first hand). There isn’t a gluten free menu, but there are lots of options. The food is consistently delicious and I have never been sick after eating here. One of my absolute favorite restaurants!
