The pizza is really excellent tasting, and I’ve never reacted to it from takeout (I’m usually pretty sensitive). We ate inside recently and I had an argument with one of the staff (manager it seemed) about what gluten free actually means. He had such poor knowledge and was unwilling to listen when I tried to politely correct him (ie gluten reduced is NOT GF and shouldn’t be marketed that way). He made me feel pretty awful for being there, said that “anyone with true celiac would never set foot in a pizza place.” Food is good but the way he treated me really left me with a horrible view of this place, and lost my trust completely. Really unfortunate.
