gusto top, porzioni generose, personale veloce ed efficiente io ho preso i canederli allo speck e come dolce il tiramisù: entrambi buonissimi ! ho assaggiato anche il gulasch e la carne era ottima, molto tenera consiglio !!
Di ritorno da viaggio in Germania e Austria con amici sognavamo una bella pizza x tutti celiaci e non .. devo dire che non ci ha entusiasmato la pizza sia normale che gluten free tantomeno i dolci ! Peccato perché ha un menu bellissimo ma non ha incontrato i nostri gusti al 100%
Almost the entire menu can be ordered gluten free. It tastes delicious.

Very good food. We had three different pasta dishes and two desserts. The cake was the best lava cake i have ever tasted. Everything was very good we even got gf bread to our pasta.
Perfektes glutenfreies Essen. In der Karte gut deklariert. Personal weiß Bescheid und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
We had a very tasty Pizza. Food came out flagged. There were many guests, who ordered a GF Pizza. A pretty busy and obviously popular restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Locale che aderisce al circuito AFC Ristorante/ pizzeria con molte proposte senza glutine. Io ho assaggiato pizza e strudel: Esperienza decisamente positiva.
Alles perfekt, wie immer. Von solch zuverlässigen Anbietern wünschte ich mir mehr, dann wäre das Zöli-sein leichter. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Good food. Almost everything can be made glutenfree. Daughter had GF pizza, we meat, shrimps and spaghetti. And Greatest choice of GF desserts. We shared tiramisu and apfelstrudle.

This restaurant is certified by the celiac Association of Italy. They have everything marked that they can make gluten-free, pasta and pizza. They offer gluten free bread. Food was delicious and service was excellent! My entire family (not gluten free) also loved it.
Der Service war super sicher in der Beantwortung zu allen Fragen zum Thema glutenfrei. Uns wurde die Pizza mit Scamorza (geräuchertem Mozzarella) und lokalem Schinken empfohlen - sehr köstlich und vor allen Dingen eine große Portion!
Für glutenfreie Pizzen bezahlt man einen kleinen Aufpreis, aber nichts dramatisches. Die Pizza kam mit einem Fähnchen markiert an den Tisch, damit es keine Verwechslungen gibt.
Mehrere Dessert glutenfrei möglich, Pizza sehr lecker und mit Fähnchen als glutenfrei gekennzeichnet.
Una vera fortuna per i celiaci!! Ottimi spaghetti con tonno fresco, pomodori secchi, pistacchi e olive taggiasche. Per dessert il tiramisù.

Love the gluten free pizza! The base was the same size as the gluten pizza. Base was very tasty!
The servers here are amazing! Almost their whole menu can be made gluten free including tiramisu and other desserts! The servers took such great care of us, bringing warm gluten free bread for the olive oil and our pasta / eggplant parm was delicious!
Wonderful service and food! The pizza was the best gluten free pizza I’ve had in Italy. The octopus pesto pasta was also fantastic. They have about 6-7 gluten free options for dessert (apple strudel, tiramisu, etc.)
Fabulous canederli, GF pizza, and tiramisu. Everything was clearly labeled, including the bread they brought out before the meal. We’re only here for three days and are planning at least one more visit to try the profiteroles.

I had an amazing dinner here. A lot of the menu can be made gluten free and the food is absolutely delicious (they are certified by the AIC, the Italian celiac association which made me feel really safe). The pizza was awesome as well as the Knödl. The atmosphere was really chill and the waiters were accommodating. I will definitely come back 😁!!
We visited this restaurant again and we feel safe eating here. Staff seems knowledgeable, pay attention and are careful when taking the order or bringing the food. The gf food is clearly marked, the place is AIC certified and there are many options on the venue, all clearly marked. We will definitely visit again because the food tastes really good.
Visited them today and asked about the gluten free options. I explained to them that I'm highly reactive and asked them how they prepared everything. If it really was as separated as promoted. Unfortunately the person I spoke to first didn't understand what I was asking - even though I asked it in German and someone in the table next to me tried to help me in Italian. The second person I asked did seem to understand it, but was very rude in explaining that cross contamination was almost unavoidable in any kitchen. The overall atmosphere did not give me any confidence to date and try one of their promoted gluten free options. Such a shame.
We have been there every single day of our holiday. Most of the menu can be prepared gluten free, including all pizzas. Food comes out clearly marked. We felt very safe and staff was knowledgeable. The are certified by AIC. Food was delicious.

Very good experience twotimes during our holiday. Stuff mows about cross-contamination, many gluten-free delicious dishes on the menu.
A-mazing experience, gluten free pizzas are made in a separate kitchen area, staff is attentive. Finally I was able to eat a delicious pizza again!

We had two great meal experiences here while visiting Bolzano. The first was near closing time and the wait staff was still accommodating with us. My wife had a GF spaghetti dish on our first visit. It was excellent. The second our entire family ordered pizzas and my wife and I shared a GF pizza. Everyone agreed is was one of our best meals overall in our 2 week Italian holiday. The wait staff is very understanding when you mention “senza glutine” and the menu is coded as well. Highly recommended!
