Visited them today and asked about the gluten free options. I explained to them that I'm highly reactive and asked them how they prepared everything. If it really was as separated as promoted. Unfortunately the person I spoke to first didn't understand what I was asking - even though I asked it in German and someone in the table next to me tried to help me in Italian. The second person I asked did seem to understand it, but was very rude in explaining that cross contamination was almost unavoidable in any kitchen. The overall atmosphere did not give me any confidence to date and try one of their promoted gluten free options. Such a shame.

We have been there every single day of our holiday. Most of the menu can be prepared gluten free, including all pizzas. Food comes out clearly marked. We felt very safe and staff was knowledgeable. The are certified by AIC. Food was delicious.

We had two great meal experiences here while visiting Bolzano. The first was near closing time and the wait staff was still accommodating with us. My wife had a GF spaghetti dish on our first visit. It was excellent. The second our entire family ordered pizzas and my wife and I shared a GF pizza. Everyone agreed is was one of our best meals overall in our 2 week Italian holiday. The wait staff is very understanding when you mention “senza glutine” and the menu is coded as well. Highly recommended!

Extremely good gf food. Very careful about contamination, they have separate oven for pizza. Alto Adige specialities like canederli and apple strudel, gluten free and really really good. Wonderful experience in the center of Bolzano. The gf bread is super, comes in a separate paper bag marked gluten free.

Fantastic place in the center of the city. You can have quite the entire menu ( pizza and restaurants) gluten free. The food is se tv ved with a red flag to notice t try he difference. Pizza is really really amazing. I go there or twice a week❤

We stopped in for lunch when we missed our train to Venice. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station, great selection of pizza, all of which could be made gluten free. The restaurant is part of the Italian Celiac Association and they even added a little gluten free flag to specify the disease to all staff!

I appreciate how this restaurant really takes gluten free food preparation seriously and they take all measures to avoid cross contamination. Very big plus.

I didn't enjoy the taste of the gf pizza dough very much (tastes very much like corn flour). Also, the waiters were not very friendly. Still, I enjoyed feeling safe. Will probably return here when I'm in the area.

Excellent pizza. Gluten free and safe for celiacs. They can make any of their pizzas gluten free and safe fire celiacs. Also had gluten free German beer. No contamination for my whole family who are all celiacs.
