Review of Wang Gang

Ate here twice in one week while visiting family. (Half price before 5 was a big draw.) On our second visit, we learned that the Drunken Fried Rice, which we'd had the first time around, is NOT GF after all, even though it is marked GF on the menu. Also learned that the pork, which we also had the first time around, is not GF, though there's no indication of that on the menu. Apparently there are other items on the menu that are incorrectly labeled, and they just count on the staff to tell customers what those things are. Except that clearly the staff don't all know. The manager, who says she HAS celiac, still doesn't seem to have a clue how to talk about it, although she's aware of the problem. We're not super sensitive, so it could have been worse; if you are sensitive, steer clear. (Food is pretty hit or miss, too - and almost everything is overly sweet.)
