Review of Wang Palace

I don't understand how more celiacs aren't losing their minds over this place...it's AMAZING. They have gf shrimp and veggie dumplings...something I hadn't tasted in years. They can make almost any entree gf and that includes all the fried entrees! When I asked if I could get the sweet and sour chicken gluten free and he asked if I wanted it fried, I was shocked. It was delicious! Plus they brought out 2 scoops of complimentary gf ice cream at the end of dinner. I didn't get sick at all and I'm quite sensitive. So excited about this place. It's a real gem.
