Ich war mit Freunden verabredet und hatte mich darauf eingestellt, nur etwas trinken und nichts essen zu können. Aber ich wurde absolut positiv überrascht bei Wang You. Der Inhaber kannte sich exzellent mit der Zubereitung glutenfreier Speisen und potentiellen Quellen für Cross-Kontamination aus. So wusste er z. B. über die Problematik im Hinblick auf Sojasauce Bescheid. Alle Gerichte waren aufgrund der Zubereitung nicht in glutenfrei möglich (z. B. Lachs), aber ich durfte mir ein Gericht aussuchen und es wurde ohne Sojasauce und mit gereinigtem Kochgeschirr zubereitet.
