The Mill Casino has two restaurants, a sports bar, two bars, and a food cart. Each one has a different menu and operating days and hours. This review is for the Warehouse 101 sports bar adjacent to the gaming floor.
Most staff are unknowledgeable, but are still friendly and helpful. When I asked the server whether or not several items were gluten-free they happily went back to the kitchen and checked. Overall, the menu is very limited. They have a prime rib you can get with a baked potato, and I’ve been told they have gluten-free buns for the burgers, though I haven’t had one yet. Their fryer is a common fryer that they also use for breaded chicken.
The food isn’t bad, however it’s usually pretty obvious their prime rib has been sitting in a heating case for some time.
