— Excellent

Never had an issue here; they don’t have anything specifically marked gluten free online but their PDF/ print menu is marked. I always put “medical gluten free, no wasabi, no ginger” in my order to avoid wasabi and cross contamination and have never gotten sick. They often include gluten free soy sauce in the takeout bag!

I've eaten many times here, but have always gotten the Sushi deluxe (gf version - which is no eel) with Miso soup. They are always understanding and even have gluten free soy sauce. I have celiac and have never gotten sick here.
