There is no gluten free menu at this location and the server didn’t know what menu items/ingredients contained gluten. Needless to say, they were no help. Most rolls have imitation crab and they’re not sure if the imitation crab they use has gluten. Just not worth it to navigate their menu especially when the staff isn’t much help.

I have had great service here. There is one male waiter who is particularly cautious, kind, and knowledgeable about gf. They have GF soy sauce, all of the classic rolls are safe, so is most of the nigiri, and even a few special rolls (but don’t get the soy mustard.)
Once, I did end up with a few crunchy tempura bits. I did not clarify with the staff about my allergy at that visit, so please be sure that you tell them so that they prepare your food safely. There is cross contamination risk otherwise.

The first sever was not helpful, didn’t know what on the menu was gluten-free. I asked specifically about the dressing on the avocado salad, and she got a different server to answer. He said that there was no gluten in the ginger dressing, or soy. He also said any of the rolls were gluten-free that did not have tempura and they could leave off the eel sauce. I had a good meal and did not have a reaction.
