Review of Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

I called to ask about their gluten free options before dining here and asked about the brand of soy sauce they used. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only do they have gluten free soy sauce options, but they will cook it separately to avoid cross contamination with the noodles or gluten containing soy sauce. My family and I sat on the hibachi side and enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very cautious and knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t eat and I felt safe eating here. 100% would recommend.
