Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

Ate a modified version of hibachi chicken with rice. Server Patty was super knowledgeable about food allergies and said the kitchen would clean surface and prepare my meal separately. No gluten-free menu but she helped me order and told me what was safe and what I could not eat. I didn’t eat or ask about sushi but was pleased with my meal.
