Wasabi Japanese Sushi Hibachi Steak

The staff was super knowledgeable about what did/did not contain gluten and had a plan in place. My meal was cooked in the back kitchen and it was still fun watching everyone’s meal getting cooked.

Even if this place is GF, I could not eat here because of all of the nats and flies. Used to be cleaner.

They cook gluten free in back and it's mighty tasty, they did say if my entire party was gluten free they would cook on the grill with advanced notice to clean everything.

Food is very good, they cooked the gluten free meal in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination.

Very good! Knowledgeable about gluten free items. They have gluten free soy sauce and can make fried rice if you ask. It's also nice to to have soy sauce with sushi.
