I didn't even get to eat. Their menu maybe had 3 rolls I could have. The bulk of them are either covered or studffed sith tempurA (not gf) and they didnt have real crab substitute. (Immitation crab uses wheat as a binder and is what most rolls with crab have in them.) Not much understanding about gf, except for having tamari. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

The waitress was very good at identifying gluten free ingredients and making substitutions. They have gluten free soy sauce. Many of their rolls have tempura shrimp, but you can substitute steamed shrimp.
