Washington Burrito

I ordered the tacos which said they came on a corn tortilla but it looked like flour tortilla. When I ordered through Uber eats they also sent me a flour tortilla instead. Other than that the meat beans and rice are delicious. But I did see the cook smoking with his gloves on in the back and haven't been back since.
