There wasn't a dedicated fryer or menu, but they were very Celiac Aware, making my meal separate and ahead of others, using unopened ingredients if there was concern for cross-contamination, showing me labels, etc. I had Philly Cheese Steak sirloin tips that were delicious, and a Truly Seltzer. The person serving us was GF certified. Excellent experience.
