I called ahead and asked if they could accommodate for celiac and got an enthusiastic yes. The waitress there said I should stay away from any protein options because they go on the same flattop with burger buns. So for dinner, my only option was a salad with no protein. To be fair, the salad was amazing. Options are very very limited

Adorable little cafe on the edge of town. No gf items marked but kitchen seems willing to adapt with lettuce wraps, etc. Decent selection of ice creams up front. They serve Henry’s ice cream and when I called THAT company the woman who answered was awesome. Her daughter has celiac so she knew exactly which flavors were safe. Anyway! Back to the Water Stop. I ate the wedge salad with grilled chicken. So yummy!
