This is not a gluten free kitchen and the staff will caution you about it. That being said, the chefs are very knowledgeable about cross contact and do their best. I use a tester at restaurants that aren't gluten free. One dish came back with gluten. The staff was totally apologetic and didn't charge us. They offered to remake the dish, but I declined. I didn't want to be a jerk, since I knew I was taking a risk in the first place. The appetizer, jalapeno panna cotta was AWESOME.
