I was staying at the Shangri-la hotel, and this is one of their restaurants. We ate dinner here, and had a newer waitress, but she seemed knowledgeable, and they said they could do gluten free pasta (penne) with bolognese or tomato sauce. They also brought out gluten free bread slices when they brought out the focaccia for the rest of the table. Unfortunately the following morning I had a reaction, and based on how I reacted, it was probably cross-contamination, but my reaction could have also been from an earlier meal I had eaten, or from breakfast I had the following morning, but with timing it was most likely that it was from dinner.
