This restaurant is located inside the Hyatt resort (which is beautiful). It is a bit of a drive to get to and past security gates, just mention you are there to eat. Follow the signs.
We did not need a reservation, but it definitely got busy. There is no gf menu but there is a note on the menu to speak to server. Our server was friendly, kind, and very helpful. She checked with the kitchen and verified that the pasta is not rinsed with pasta water. She said they have protocol for gf. We ordered a gf pasta and gf flat bread which was served on a cauliflower crust. Both meals were absolutely delicious. This is a kid friendly restaurant and the server was helpful for our family member needing gluten free.
While it was not an inexpensive meal, the prices were a bit lower compared to other resort restaurants we visited in Puerto Rico.
The parking lot is set up with potential to be charged parking fees, but they did lot charge us because we were dining at the restaurant.
The whole resort is beautiful and visiting for a meal was nice even to see the resort, however our meals were delicious and we felt very safe! We would definitely return to this restaurant!

Lunch had some good options - cauliflower crust pizza and a great steak salad. Lunch staff very knowledgeable about options. Breakfast was a challenge- there were GF baked goods on a separate table which were great but the staff struggled to identify what else besides that would be GF even though many items seemed like they would be naturally GF. Maybe I just needed to seek out a manager but it was disappointing.
