Black beans are not gluten free. Basically you can get a little bit of meat with rice. And they charged me 3 surcharges.

You can ask for the allergy food list when you get up to the counter. Chicken/steak with rice and black beans were gf and no reaction after.

When I asked about GF options, server gave me a 3 ring binder that listed ingredients for each item on menu and noted if it had gluten. Ordered the grilled churrosco steak with rice and had no symptoms.
