Super nice couple. Most items are GF. The BBQ place is in a really cute store. When you drive through the town it seems like you’re driving through an abandoned 50s town. Fun experience and delicious food. I had pulled pork plate with potato salad and beans.

Yes! Cute little place with great food. If you blink, you will miss it but it’s worth the stop. I had smoked turkey, potato salad and beans, all GF. All meats and most sides are GF. Inexpensive meal too!

Blink and you’ll miss Tucumcari Ranch Supply but don’t!!! It houses Watson’s. All gf except the buns for a few sandwiches, side of bread and cookie. Beef brisket, coleslaw,, safe potato salad was fantastic. They also have pulled pork, and beans. So good & people are lovely. Ate two different times and no issues.

Great pulled pork and cole slaw with gluten free BBQ sauce! Super friendly owners who have been serving for over 40 years.
Ask about GF items as the menu is not marked, they are very knowledgeable and caring about safety.

This eclectic whole in the wall place was great! All the meats and most sides are gluten-free. It was perfect for our family road-trip lunch stop as the covered outdoor seating allowed a place for our dog to sit with us. The people were friendly and hospitable.

This is paradise for gluten free! Not only is this some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten, but all meats, sauces, and sides are naturally gluten free (except bread, cookies, and cobbler). They do not have GF bread options so you need to get a plate instead of a sandwich.
Stella knew all about gluten and was very sure about the ingredients in the food. She did deliver my meal with bread and a cookie on top (separated by aluminum foil) so I'm assuming that understanding celiac and protecting against cross contamination isn't instinctive for her. If you are celiac, make sure to go over the importance of separating food items and changing gloves. She is very helpful and I'm sure that she would gladly do it.
The pulled pork and sausage were amazing, and the brisket was the best I've ever had. I didn't even use BBQ sauce because the meat was that good! The sides were excellent as well. If we're ever in the area again, this is a for sure stop. It's located in the Ranch Supply store a couple of blocks north of Rte. 66; there are clothes and gifts and hardware. It's a really fun stop and service is fast and so friendly.
