Review of WAVE - Asian Bistro & Sushi

I got the bagel roll and a GF Bao bun which I was shocked was gluten free. They brought out gluten free soy sauce for me. So far, no gluten reaction so I am thrilled that it worked out! The servers were very kind and accommodating. Our server even had a second server listen as I ordered to make sure everything would be ok for me.
