Way Beyond Cake Bakery

Linda is fantastic and her baked goods are phenomenal! So happy to find a gluten-free bakery in my neighborhood. You can't see the bakery from the street... Turn in by the donut shop which can be seen from Carson St. It is next to the Regal Inn.

Wow. I’d had a couple bites of a muffin from here from my mom, and knew I had to come here ASAP. They think of everything, from soy-free vegan butter to rice flour from Thailand (instead of China where levels of arsenic and lead are higher). AND it tastes amazing! And, the best part, it’s not too sweet. Plus it’s a great air-conditioned place to sit, and great cold-brew coffee. I am so so so excited to have a gluten free vegan place like this in Long Beach!!Plus, they make pie Thurs-Sat in case the cookies, muffins, cupcakes, granola, cold-brew, tea, or cake isn’t enough 🙂
